Chironix: Robot Psychologists

At Chironix, we find that most people know we work with robots. Despite this, we often find ourselves explaining a unique aspect of our work: we're not building robots; we're building the intelligence and behaviours of robots. In other words, we're the psychologists educating robots how to feel(sense), behave and react.

While  we use the word ‘psychologist’ playfully, this role for robots **just like for humans** is seriously important. We craft and embed intelligence and artificial intelligence (AI), to create smart and purposeful robots that are more useful, deployable within more complex situations and safer to be around.
